Field Marketing Agents
Visit shops, restaurants, markets and drivers in your area. Explain Wells247 to them, help them sign up, and help new shops add their first products. Students and part-timers are welcome. You'll get full training, a Wells247 ID card and a branded T-shirt.

Marketing and Social Media Lead
Plan and run our launch campaigns, look after our social media pages, create content and lead the field agents. You'll need two or more years of growing a brand on social media, and be able to show us accounts or campaigns you grew yourself.

Operations Lead
Keep rides, errands and deliveries on time. Watch the live map every day, handle refunds and disputes fairly, and report the weekly numbers. You'll need three or more years in operations, logistics or a fast-moving service business.

Customer Support Agents
Help customers, drivers and sellers in the app, by phone and on WhatsApp. Stay patient, kind and clear when someone is having a bad day. Pidgin, Yoruba or Igbo alongside English is a real advantage.

Onboarding and Verification Officer
Check driver licences, vehicle papers, IDs and shop documents in our staff tools, then approve them or ask for something better, always with a clear reason. You must be careful, consistent and discreet with people's personal documents.

Software Developer
Ship features across our four apps and our server: Flutter and Dart, TypeScript and NestJS, PostgreSQL and PostGIS on AWS. You'll need three or more years of building real products, and you should care about security and tests.

You'll be part of the founding team, so your work shapes how a whole city gets around and gets things done.
Training, always
We train you when you start and keep training you as the app grows. Everyone takes part, and we cover the cost.
Clear goals
Every role has clear targets, agreed with you at the start and reviewed together each month.
Fair and on time
Pay goes out by bank transfer on the agreed date. Staff get a pension contribution and 20 days of leave a year.
